Our Story
Hi there! I'm Kelley Fuller, the heart behind BBB Premier Travels. My journey into the travel world did not start with a business plan but was born from a love for seeing new places, making memories with my family, and realizing just how powerful a great vacation can be.
For years I was the go-to person in my circle for trip ideas, planning, and "Ok Kelley, what should we book next?!" And honestly...I loved every minute of it. There is something
priceless about helping someone find the perfect getaway - the mix of excitement, relief, and "Oh my gosh, we are actually doing this!" That spark is what inspired me to turn my passion into a profession.
I created BBB Premier Travels because I wanted people to have access to stress-free planning, honest guidance, and someone who genuinely cares about their experience from start to finish. It is a reward to give travelers the kind of memories my own family treasures.
My all-time favorite vacation? Snowmobiling with my husband and kids in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. For us, nothing compares to the thrill of riding through the snowy trails, surrounded by mountains so beautiful that they should come with a warning
label. It's peaceful, exhilarating, and one of those trips that sticks with you long after the snow melts. That feeling - the "Wow, life is good," moment - is exactly what I want to create for every client who books with me.

How It Works
Booking with BBB Premier Travels is simple - and best of all, it does not cost you a dime. You get a full-service travel expert in your corner, and you keep every penny of your vacation budget.
Step 1: I get to know you.
Where you want to go, your style, your wishes, your must-haves, even the things you are not a fan of, and of course your budget. Whether it is that once in a lifetime trip or quick, cozy getaway, I tailor everything to you.
Step 2: I handle all the booking.
Flights, rental cars, hotels & resorts, cruises, excursions, transfers - everything you need, I take care of it.
Step 3: You receive an organized agenda.
Every client is given a neat, easy-to-follow folder with all tickets, itineraries, confirmations, and a day-by-day agenda.
Step 4: You have me 24/7.
If something comes up, you talk to me, not a call center.
My purpose is to make your trip relaxing, from the very beginning of planning through when you return home. All the work is done for you so that you show up and have fun! As a travel agent, I can access better rates, special discount codes, and even unpublished airfare that you cannot book on your own. I am always asked, "How do you get paid if the service is free?" I am paid by the vendors that I book through, not my clients. And if anything goes wrong, I fix it while you keep enjoying your trip. A client once called me from Greece at 3:30am my time in a panic because her luggage went to Paris. Within hours, I had it handled and her bag delivered before the end of her day.
